Not one award, but two! eXp Realty’s Meghan Kelley, Vice President of Global Operations, and Amaly Quiroz, Vice President, Transaction Operations, have been named 2023 Insiders by HousingWire, a respected industry publication covering the housing market, real estate and mortgage trends.

The 2023 HW Insiders were carefully selected by HousingWire’s selection committee based on their vital and dynamic contributions to their companies and the industry as a whole.

Second Time Is a Charm for Amaly

Coincidentally, Amaly won this same award in 2021 when she held the position Vice President, Transaction Processing and since then, her contributions just keep getting bigger. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, joining eXp Realty in 2019 when the company had just 23,000 agents. Since then, she has helped drive the company’s growth to more than 88,000 agents today.

In 2022, her team closed almost 400,000 transactions while bringing in an Agent Net Promoter Score (aNPS) consistently in the 80s, demonstrating her ability to make sure all team members are effectively empowered to play their unique roles. 

In the last 12 months, Amaly has played a critical role in modeling resource planning for all groups, building the offshore flex team up to 40% based on function, launching the company’s Express Pay initiative to help agents get paid faster, and taking leadership of the Accounts Receivable team. Amaly’s current role also recently expanded to support Canada.

Meghan Planting eXp Flags Across the World

Meghan has been a vital leader to eXp’s global growth, opening and staffing operations in 20 new countries within her first three months with eXp – without ever stepping foot on a plane or leaving the U.S. – all during the pandemic. 

With nearly 20 years’ experience, today she serves eXp Realty as Vice President of Global Operations where she leads a multi-country and cultural team of over 20 leaders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages open dialogue, innovation and personal growth.

She sets the strategic direction for eXp Realty’s global operational functions, building out the organization to support worldwide growth, utilizing agent NPS feedback to implement improvements and enhancements (with a year-to-date score of 74 for agent NPS globally, excluding US/Canada), and expanding leadership in the CALA Region to support the company’s growth.
