California’s Tom Nguyen Headlines the 2023 eXp Commercial Top 20 Producers By Volume List

eXp Commercial, one of the fastest-growing commercial brokerages in the world, just released the Top 20 eXp Commercial Producers By Volume list for 2023 and California’s Tom Nguyen, who landed two significant deals last year, is at the top of the list.

Top Three eXp Commercial Producers By Volume

Leading in individual sales volume is California’s Tom Nguyen who finished with $133,435,000  in volume. Tom had two major sales in 2023: A $76.5 million deal for the Raytheon Campus and a 12-acre parcel in Arcadia, California, which closed for $58.5 million.

Second were Bill de la Chapelle and Sharon Cramer who finished with $50,586,849.92 in total lease value. Bill and Sharon combined on two impressive lease deals in the greater Dallas area, each spanning 280,000 square feet of industrial space with long-term, triple-net lease deals. 

Third was California’s Roland Loelkes who finished 2023 with $45,155,086.78 in sales volume. Roland is a long-time eXp Commercial advisor who has closed more than 650 transactions since 2001.
