The achievements showcased are remarkable, with numerous agents and teams delivering exceptional results throughout 2023. Once again, Florida’s John Scalia has taken top honors in individual achievements and The Short Term Shop has grabbed the top spot among teams for both volume and number of sides.
Top 3 Individual eXp Realty Agents By Volume
Leading in individual sales volume is John Scalia, an eXp Realty agent based in South Florida who is a 4-time ICON agent. In 2023, John finished with $152,265,940 in sales on 386 sides.
Second is Tara Foster-Shapiro, an eXp agent based in Newport Beach, California, who closed 2023 with $72,720,800 in volume.
Third is Chandra Kaladhar Vennapusa, an eXp Realty agent based in Bothell, Washington. He closed with $70,341,247 in sales in 2023. Chandra was one of four “Rookies of the Year” for eXp in 2022, given to the highest GCI-producing newcomers who joined eXp in 2022. He is a two-time ICON agent.

The Top 50 eXp Realty Teams by Volume is led by The Short Term Shop, followed by #TEAMFAST and the Whissel Realty Group. All are mega teams at eXp Realty.
Avery Carl leads The Short Term Shop, an eXp Realty mega team operating in 15 markets. The Short Term Shop closed $599,749,884 in sales volume in 2023.
Kenny Truong is the founder of #TEAMFAST, also known as #FASTAGENT, a mega team out of the Bay Area of California. Kenny’s team closed $589,366,899 in volume.
Third is the Whissel Realty Group out of San Diego, with Kyle Whissel at the helm. Kyle’s mega team finished the year with $422,115,103 in volume.

Top 3 Individual eXp Realty Agents By Sides
The individual agent with the most sides in 2023 was John Scalia with 386 units. He closed on $152,265,940 in sales.
Second in sides was Brian Copland of Austin, Texas with 203. He closed $36,524,226.2 in sales in 2023. He is an ICON agent.
Third was Charles Williamson of Wilson, North Carolina who had 168 sides and $53,426,029 in volume. He is a three-time ICON agent.

Avery Carl’s The Short Term Shop took top honors with the most number of sides – 954. Her mega team closed on $599,749,884 in sales volume in 2023.
