Quiroz joined eXp Realty in 2019 and oversees a team that is responsible for processing all eXp agent transactions.
Since her hiring, her team has more than doubled transaction counts, processing more than 25,000 files each month. She has tripled her staff size, growing it from about 100 people in 2019 to 300 in 2021 — through the pandemic — to help support eXp’s unprecedented growth from about 22,000 agents to currently more than 85,000+ agents globally.
Quiroz’s colleagues say that she is the definition of a collaborative leader. She brings teams together and utilizes her technology and brokerage knowledge to bridge the gap between agent transactions in the field and staff support. She finds solutions and empowers her team to make decisions and feel ownership, as well.
