As founders and CEOs of one of the Top 250 Realty Teams in America as ranked by RealTrends in 2019 and one of the largest teams in St. Louis, brothers Mark and Neil Gellman know how to build an extraordinary real estate team. 

Wanting to provide stock awards and better health insurance options for their agents, Mark and Neil decided to join eXp Realty in May 2021.

Mark and Neil were real estate investors for several years. After Mark sold his online shoe business, he co-launched The Gellman Team in 2007 with his brother and real estate partner, Neil. As of 2021, The Gellman Team has 22 real estate agents and 15 staff members and has exceeded $1.3 billion in sales.
