For Delaware’s Jemimah Chuks, Joining eXp Realty Resulted in a 300% Increase in Sales Volume

The desire to help families achieve their American Dream of homeownership was strong for Jemimah Chuks. 

“My business services are available to all cultures, all people, because I believe in diversity and equality. The biggest thrill for me is watching the excitement on the faces of my clients as they explore these beautiful homes, and watching the joy as they sign their closing documents to receive their keys,’’ she said.

 That passion for helping people is certainly working. In the three years since Jemimah launched her real estate business, she has blazed a trail in Delaware. 

But it was her move to eXp Realty that pushed her sales into the stratosphere.

“This is my 10th month with eXp Realty and I tripled my sales, capped in one month, and became an ICON Agent within 3 months. I am also a certified mentor and certified in the Affinity program,’’ Jemimah said.

Jemimah is not exaggerating. Her business has exploded 300% in volume since joining eXp, skyrocketing from $11.5 million to $34 million. She’s making deals selling to first-time homebuyers and handling new construction and land. She’s also helping investors in Sussex, Kent and Newcastle counties. 

“I got better at lead conversion and have been able to build my business on auto referrals with the help of the great technology systems provided by eXp,’’ Jemimah said.

“I joined in February 2022. I heard about eXp through Lakeisha Cuningham. She messaged me on Facebook and explained in detail why eXp is better than my previous brokerage. I joined because I saw a great opportunity for my growth and lots of training available to empower me and help me build my business.”

Is there a significant experience you can share since you joined eXp?

“I have learned to hire transaction coordinators and build great partners in lending, contractors etc., which has made my business blossom with ease.”

What is one thing about eXp that surprised you?

“That I can work and keep more of my commission, have referral partners in all the states (i.e., get paid too) and the international opportunities are mind blowing.”

“We have a beautiful community at our eXp New Castle office, you will find help with open houses, showings and more.”

“Set your goals, get the training you need to achieve them, have a routine, assess your weekly performance, most of all it is not about selling houses but more about helping families achieve their American Dream of home ownership through buying and selling.”
