Boise’s Jonna Weber was considering changing brokerages in 2019. She found herself asking, “In three years, will I be pleased with the actions I’m taking now?” Weber was content with where her career was as a real estate agent. However, she discovered she aspired to be surrounded by the energy, excitement and spirit of entrepreneurialism.

So when eXp agents Tim and Julie Harris introduced her to eXp, Weber was intrigued. Investigating her options, she sat down to crunch the numbers and decided to go to an eXp leadership event being held in Texas.

“It was there I realized that by making the move, I could change the trajectory of my business,” Weber said.

Genuine Leadership Inspires Weber

Two weeks after making the move to eXp, while attending the Shareholder Summit, Weber was having face-to-face conversations with the CEO of eXp World Holdings, Glenn Sanford, and other key leaders. 

“It really resonated with meeting them and seeing how humble and real they were,” Weber said. “I knew they came from a genuine place in leading the company. The leaders there inspired me and I knew that I would grow by being surrounded by those that had gone much further than me.”

Weber’s Community Expanded Her Thinking and Business 

Weber doubled her business after joining eXp. 

“I’ve learned that you can push through barriers and ceilings to do more than you think you can,” Weber said.

Setting goals and soaking up insight from eXp ICON agents was just the beginning. Weber attributes her success to her community of agents that work together to achieve bigger things in life and business. Not only does her revenue share group mastermind weekly, but she is also able to connect with key agents in major markets throughout the United States.
