Chris Fritch exp realty

Minneapolis’ Chris Fritch doesn’t jump around to brokerages very easily. He was with RE/MAX for 21 years and then Keller Williams for 13 years. And now, after decades of service within the traditional brokerage model, he decided to join eXp Realty on April 1, 2021.

Fritch said his coach, Lee Tessier, introduced him to eXp and told him he needed to “look at the model.”

“He (Tessier) joined in October 2020 and I joined six months later,” said Fritch. “The revenue share, ability to purchase stock and to have better opportunities for my team were the reasons. Also, we just outgrew their systems.”

Chris Fritch says eXp revenue share, technology and innovation gives his team bigger opportunities.

As a young adult, Fritch was surrounded by family members who were in the real estate industry. His dad was an agent, his brother a builder, one sister is a stager and the other sister worked for a developer. Fritch said his father didn’t want him to get into real estate, thinking he was too young at age 23. But Fritch went ahead anyway, having a hugely successful career, completing 234 transactions for $78 million in sales in 2020 for a gross commission income of $2.25 million.
