We’ve got an entire pipeline of experts to provide clients with the best service possible,’’ said Tom, an eXp two time Sapphire award winner.

Grand Strand Team On Pace to Double Last Year’s Numbers

Last year, the team made over $21 million in closed volume. As of July 2024, the team has more than $34.2 million in closed volume. 

“I have personally done $15,733,120 in new listings, and I am on pace to do more than $20 million this year. The team is on pace to do $70 million,’’ he said.

With a diverse book of business that spans from condos to single-family homes, land and commercial, the Grand Strand Sales Group needed the best platform, network and tools to be able to serve its booming Myrtle Beach-based outfit. 

Tom said his group is eternally grateful for the recruiting efforts made by eXp Realty agents. He said his team is especially grateful that they were accepted into eXp Realty with powerhouse broker and growth leader Rich Tomasini and Ashley Brooks.
