Wednesday’s technology breakout provided valuable insights into the challenges faced by real estate agents in managing cybersecurity. The session focused on the three essential aspects (the 3 R’s):

  • Reputation
  • Resilience
  • Retention

Participants learned about the importance of protecting their reputation in the digital age, particularly in relation to social media. The session highlighted the risks of social media hacks and emphasized the need for caution when posting content online. 

The session pointed out that eXp Realty, being the largest online real estate brokerage, is also a prime target for cyber threats. Strategies to safeguard against common threats like spam, phishing, and malware were shared.

Retention of data, both personal and client-related, was also covered during the session. The importance of securely storing and managing data was stressed to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and to maintain trust with clients. 

My eXp App: Your New Digital Planner

This session, titled My eXp App: Your New Digital Planner, familiarized agents with the app’s capabilities and announced an exciting new AI technology available to eXp agents.

The My eXp app simplifies agents’ lives by providing a centralized hub for essential eXp Realty resources. Agents can leverage its intuitive interface to view their revenue share information, learn about the mentorship program, update their bank account, live chat with agent care, and more.

By embracing the My eXp app, agents can optimize their productivity and efficiency, freeing up valuable time to focus on building relationships and closing deals. eXp Realty agents can download the My eXp App through the Apple app store or the Google Play store.

Introducing Luna for eXp Realty Agents!

In an exciting segment, presenters announced the launch of Luna (alpha), eXp Realty’s very own AI-powered support bot, designed to provide around-the-clock assistance to eXp’s agents. Luna is powered by the cutting-edge OpenAI GPT-4 technology, ensuring intelligent and personalized responses to inquiries.

Trained on a vast collection of eXp’s reference materials, Luna is equipped to handle a wide range of questions and provide valuable insights. Whether agents need guidance on posting a blog on kvCORE, estimating their next revenue share check, identifying their broker, or getting ExpressOffers certified, Luna has exp agents covered.

As Luna’s capabilities expand, more exciting features will roll out. Luna can be found in multiple places, including Workplace Chat (simply search for “Luna Agent Support”), eXp World, and FRAME.

Personal and Professional Growth with SUCCESS Coaching

The SUCCESS Coaching session featured Jairek Robbins, President of SUCCESS Enterprises, and accomplished coach Katey Dallosto. Together, they delved into the benefits of the SUCCESS Coaching program while shedding light on the profound significance of having a coach, even for those who may not have recognized its importance before.

Robbins ardently urged participants to introspect and identify areas in their lives where they are excelling as well as those that require improvement. By collaborating with a coach, individuals can devise effective systems and strategies that can yield the desired outcomes they seek.

Robbins posed a thought-provoking question to the audience, “Where else could we put a routine that would elevate us to our absolute best self because we value that part of our life, so we will create a routine to support it?”
