From growing up together on a ranch north of San Antonio to building a nationally ranked real estate team, Shane and Clint Neal have always done life side by side. The Neal & Neal Team operates with nearly 100 people, including 80 agents, a leadership team, support staff, and a full in-house marketing and media team. “We were ahead of the curve on internet lead generation,” Clint said. “Back when we started, we figured out how to get traffic online and convert it at scale.”
