eXp Realty’s new “Boost” program is already paying dividends as it was announced that Bean Group, one of New England’s largest brokerages, is joining eXp. (Read press release here.) With this addition, the combined market share of Bean Group and eXp Realty puts eXp at No. 3 by market share in New Hampshire and No. 2 in Maine, up from No. 5 and 3 respectively.

Boost is eXp’s newly launched brokerage incentive program, offering a financial catalyst for qualifying independent brokerages to join eXp Realty. The Bean Group is the first brokerage to take advantage of eXp’s innovative program.
