For almost four years, Tabitha Caver had been working at a franchise real estate brokerage in Atlanta, where she was recognized as a top-producing agent. She had seen signs around town for eXp Realty, but did not know the level of support that a virtual brokerage could provide.

When her neighbor, who was a real estate agent at eXp Realty, listed her home on the market, she reconsidered.

Tabitha Caver has increased her national exposure through HGTV’s ‘House Hunters’ program.

After talking with the agent and hearing about all that eXp offers, I immediately saw the value and knew that it was my new home,” said Tabitha, who joined eXp Realty in March 2021. “When I joined and got connected through Workplace, I was blown away by the different communities and groups who all want to help and see you be successful. There is always someone willing to help, and that is rare in this business.”

Through Workplace, Tabitha joined eXp Power Girls, the Black eXp Network and the ICON Luxury Group, which have provided additional accountability, motivation and advice.  

“The culture at eXp is so giving and supportive,” Tabitha said. “The fact that they are agent-obsessed is what makes it all work in my opinion. Giving the tools and resources to truly be successful and leave a real legacy is what makes eXp special.” 

The eXp ethos of paying it forward is something that Tabitha exemplifies. She has spoken at the brokerage-wide agent leadership meeting, led agent training on “Three Success Secrets to Sustainability: Taking Care of You, Your Community and Business,” and written a book, “Diary of a Successful Real Estate Agent.”

She also applied, auditioned and was selected to appear in three HGTV “House Hunters” episodes: “Debt Free in Atlanta,” “Room to Play in Marietta,” and another episode that will air later in 2022. 

“There is a level of sophistication that comes with being on the show,” Tabitha said. “My clients and others look at me as the expert in this fast-moving Atlanta market. I know that my clients trust me to advise and lead them in the biggest transaction of their lives.”
