Over the years, Michelle Rinaldi said each brokerage she worked at lacked the oomph she desired. She couldn’t quite put her finger on what was missing. She dreaded the monthly sales meetings — although the free breakfast and bacon were amazing — but the chit-chat filled with complaints? Not her thing.

It wasn’t until a conversation with eXp Realty agent Tom Truong that Rinaldi was filled with hope and got a twinkle back in her eye, as she calls it. 

“For the first time in a long time I was excited about real estate,” said Rinaldi. “eXp Realty not only checked all my boxes but some I didn’t even know I wanted.”

“Figure out what sets you apart from other people and cultivate a brand around it.  It is so important for agents to stand out from the sea of agents out there. Then choose a niche to specialize in. My niche is the condo market, I am a Certified Condo Specialist ® so when buyers and sellers think ‘condo,’ they think Michelle. I can sell single-family homes and investment properties as well, BUT I have a specialty that gives me an edge over the average agent. Don’t be a jack of all trades, master of none.”

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Being on the beach with a margarita and some chips and salsa.

If you could add a tattoo, what would it be?

An arrow tattoo on my left inner wrist. 

One thing you can’t live without?

My Buxom Lip Gloss.

One trait that has led to your success?

I can keep a deal together no matter what. 

What celebrity would play you in a movie or TV show?

Lucille Ball.

Pet peeve?

My husband used to keep a list but ran out of storage space on his phone. But I do hate when things aren’t symmetrical. 

Little known fact about yourself?

I am extremely sensitive but hide it very well. 

Song you never tire of?

Favorite meal?

Pizza.
