The first Learning Path to launch is called “ACTION – The Path to Production.” It’s ideal for new and early-career agents who are looking to build a strong foundation for their real estate business. 

ACTION covers all the essential topics, including:

  • Generating leads
  • Turning leads into clients
  • Helping an offer get to close
  • Getting referrals through great service
  • Following up

This step-by-step training program will help eXp Realty agents develop a plan, put that plan into action, and acquire the tools and skills to launch their business into production.

eXp University offers 80+ hours of live training a week and if an agent misses a class, it can be found on-demand, organized by topic in Course Catalogs on the eXp University site.
