Top Individual eXp Realty Agents By Volume

Leading in individual sales volume is John Scalia, an eXp Realty agent based in South Florida who is a 3-time ICON agent, winner of “eXplosive Growth Award” at 2022 EXPCON and the individual leader in number of units and gross commission income (GCI) in 2022. In 2022, John finished with $299,829,716 in sales on 856 units.

Second is Chandra Vennapusa, an ICON agent mainly based in Bothell, Washington – a suburb of Seattle – and he also has a team in Texas. Chandra closed 2022 with $104,205,239 in volume on 85 units.

Third is Chad Hetherman, an eXp Realty agent based in Huntersville, North Carolina. He closed with $93,337,283 in sales on 176 transactions.

Top eXp Realty Teams By Volume

The Top 50 eXp Realty Teams by Volume is led by the The Short Term Shop, followed by #TEAMFAST and the Beer Home Team. All are mega teams at eXp Realty.

Avery Carl leads The Short Term Shop, an eXp Realty mega team where they operate in 15 markets. The Short Term Shop closed $992,884,521 in sales volume on 1,493 transactions in 2022.

Kenny Truong is the founder of #TEAMFAST, also known as #FASTAGENT, a mega team out of the Bay Area of California. Kenny’s team closed $693,288,002 in volume on 989 units.

Third is the Beer Team out of Southern California, with Dan Beer at the helm as the CEO/owner. Dan’s mega team finished the year with $438,311,981 in volume on 459 units.
