John Scalia, Short Term Shop, Don Wenner Team Among the 48 Individual eXp Realty Agents and Teams Who Ranked on The Thousand List

John Scalia and Chuck Williamson, plus the Adam Olsen team, Gluch Group, Don Wenner and The Short Term Shop are among the 48 eXp Realty individual agents and teams who have prominent rankings on the 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry’s The Thousand list, which was released today.

The Thousand is an annual national program that ranks the top 500 agents and top 500 teams by transaction sides and sales volume based on results from 2022. Names are also published in the Wall Street Journal.

RealTrends received 27,742 submissions, with the winning individual agents having a minimum of 110 sides and $113,767,827 in volume. The winning teams had a minimum of 188 sides and $184,969,498 volume in 2022. 

Highlights for eXp Realty Agents and Teams:

• Florida agent John Scalia ranked No. 6 among individual agents in sides with 862 units and No. 34 in sales volume with $301,821,716. John was the top individual producer in eXp Realty’s Top 50 list for 2022. 
• The Short Term Shop, led by Avery Carl with teams in multiple markets throughout the U.S., ranked No. 9 for mega teams by volume with an incredible $1,066,734,495 in sales in 2022.
• The Don Wenner Team, led by Don Wenner and John Campbell in Allentown, Pennsylvania, was the No. 7 team in sides for the mega team by sides category with 2,647.
• The Gluch Group in Scottsdale, Arizona, led by John Gluch, was No. 42 in the large team category by volume with $221,779,837 in sales.
• The Adam Olsen Team in Huntsville, Texas, led by Adam Olsen, finished No. 5 among large teams by sides with 649 transactions.
• The Property Partners, led by Kaukaha Watanabe and Scott Meldein in Tucson, Arizona, was No. 7 in the medium team by sides category, with 462 transactions.
• The Lodestone Real Estate Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, led by Alison Alston, finished No. 15 in the small teams by sides category with 267 transactions.
