eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage and has conducted business virtually since its start in 2009. However, there are a couple of eXp events held each year, in which the company’s agents, brokers and staff attend in-person.
EXPCON is one such event. It is eXp Realty’s popular multi-day conference held in the fall in which eXp’s agents, brokers, staff and other real estate professionals gather IRL (In Real Life) — usually at a venue in a warm-weather location.
In 2019, EXPCON was held in Las Vegas, but due to COVID-19, the 2020 EXPCON was held virtually for the first time in 11 years in eXp World, the company’s proprietary platform for collaboration and learning, which is powered by Virbela, eXp’s breakthrough technology. EXPCON 2021 was back to an in-person event, held in Las Vegas and 2022 was also held in person in Vegas, with the theme “Back to the Future.”
EXPCON 2023 is set for Oct. 2-5 in Las Vegas once again.
Tens of thousands of eXp agents, brokers and staff from around the world attend in-person or virtually, including those eXp agents in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa. See all of eXp’s Global locations here.
However, anyone with an interest in eXp can come. And they do! While it’s mainly attended by eXp agents, there are many non-eXp real estate professionals, investors and media who attend to learn more about eXp.
Some Events Held at EXPCON:
Each day is filled end-to-end with events, keynote speakers, sessions and breakouts to help agents succeed in their business and to network with others. eXp’s leadership team kicks off the event with the general session, which recaps highlights from the year as well as sharing information about what lies ahead.
Throughout the week, eXp’s agents, brokers and staff take part in networking and attend popular workshops led by top-producing agents. Additionally, acclaimed speakers give keynotes each day, year-end awards are presented, an EXPO is planned, plus fun events such as Xcamps (an unconference), trivia, music, receptions and plenty of social gatherings.
