Longtime Florida Space Coast agents Danielle Bowden and Sherry Toms were just two days away from starting their own independent brokerage. They lined up their office space, errors and omissions insurance, CRM and everything else. Their team was ready and going full speed ahead.

Danielle and Sherry Focus on All Aspects of Real Estate — Even Commercial
Prior to teaming up with Danielle in 2014, Sherry worked with a builder for several years prior to becoming a general agent. The two joined forces through the friendship of their husbands, who were both in medical sales. As the Soleil Team, they handle every aspect of real estate — from trailers to townhouses to luxury homes. They even do commercial real estate. While they were the top-selling team with RE/MAX Solutions, directly selling $17 million while leading the team to a total of just over $31 million in 2020, they felt limited by their ability to grow.
Danielle and Sherry also share a commitment to healthy living and sustainability both personally and professionally. They are Green Designees with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and call themselves portfolio agents, assisting in all aspects of real estate including single-family sales, community development, new home sales, land acquisition, commercial sales and leasing. And with Sherry’s background in accounting, she helps clients navigate information around grant money, and various loans, including 203K loans to buy fixer-uppers, FHA, VA, EEM loans for energy improvements.
Development, Opportunities Abound Along the Space Coast
And with the infusion of private space programs such as SpaceX and Blue Origin, the Space Coast is humming once again with plenty of development opportunities, keeping Danielle and Sherry busier than ever and looking forward to tapping into eXp’s limitless potential.
“I can feel a difference with connections, opportunities and ways of growth,” said Sherry of eXp. “We got the little stuff down, but it was like, ‘where do we go from here?’ The things we did not have were jumping on calls with power players.
