Editor’s note: In celebration of Pride Month, we are featuring eXp agents who are allies, members of the community and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community and promote their services, values, and commitments.
Jane and Brenda Huelle knew their previous brokerage wasn’t aligned with their goals anymore.
They were looking for something different – more collaboration, stronger connections, and a culture that supported their growth. In 2022, they made the move to eXp Realty and quickly found what they were hoping for.
“We were looking for collaboration to grow our business,” they said. “The amount of agent-to-agent support and the connections we are making are more valuable than we imagined. All while improving our bottom line.”

Now working as a wife-and-wife duo within their four-person group, The Noble Team, Jane and Brenda serve clients across the DC Metro and Greater Baltimore areas. They focus on helping first-time buyers, investors, relocation clients, and multigenerational families – while showing up fully and proudly as themselves.
Finding the Right Fit
Before joining eXp, both agents had successful careers with EXIT Realty – Brenda since 2016 and Jane since 2017. But over time, they felt their previous brokerage was no longer in alignment with their goals.
At eXp, they found a culture focused on inclusivity and putting agents first – one that asks for agent input and makes changes based on it. One thing that stood out to them right away was how quickly questions get answered and how easy it is to access the resources they need.
Business with Intention
In 2024 so far, Brenda has closed 10 transactions totaling $2.3 million in volume, while Jane has completed 8 transactions for $1.5 million. The team has earned the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors’ Silver Award every year since joining eXp.
Jane focuses primarily on first-time buyers and investors, while Brenda specializes in working with investors, relocation clients, and multigenerational households. Their combined experience and focus areas allow them to serve a broad range of clients with empathy and precision.
Collaboration has played a major role in their experience at eXp. When asked about it, they shared just how expansive it’s been: agent to agent, broker to broker, and across networks like the Pride Network and ONE eXp. “Name it and you’ll find it,” they said. “If not, they will create it.”
Advice to Fellow Agents
Their philosophy is simple: “Ask for what you want, and if you don’t find it – go get it.”
That mindset, paired with resourcefulness and determination, is what’s fueled their growth. And it’s also helped them find community.
At eXp, they’ve found space to thrive without compromising who they are – both as professionals and as people.
