Jonathan Chvala was lured away from eXp Realty for a short bit but once a person he admired joined eXp, he came back with more passion than ever.

“My personal relationship and past experience with (fellow DMV agent) Keri Shull is what really drew me.  I started my real estate career with Keri just less than 2-3 years ago.  Now here I am starting my own team and getting to partner with the best in the business,” said Jonathan.  

Jonathan runs the DUO team out of the DMV — the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia area – where he closed $40 million in sales on 60 units in 2022. Now he’s back with eXp, leaving Keller Williams after an 11-month stint, bringing with him three agents and one staff member.

“I had everything I needed at my previous brokerage and was growing, so why change?  It wasn’t until I truly saw the potential eXp has to offer that made me decide to switch and I couldn’t be happier.  I was thinking on a small scale while Keri has created goals for me on such a large scale that KW could never support do.”
