With international market leaders like Adam Day (UK, eXpansion Leader for Europe), Virginia Restrepo (Leader of Chile & Colombia), and Andrew Thompson (Leader of South Africa) sharing their strategies, attendees gained exclusive insights into breaking into new markets, recruiting top talent, and navigating the complexities of international expansion.

Andrew Thompson, driven by Glenn Sanford’s integrity and vision, explained how eXp South Africa grew from 0 to over 1,000 agents in just 3.5 years, stating, “I couldn’t wait to join eXp because I wanted to put a dynamic company on the map in South Africa that would stay at the forefront of the industry long term.”

Virginia Restrepo highlighted how eXp’s revenue share and capping model transformed her life, saying, “Whether I went as a country leader or not, I needed to go to eXp.”
