Due to popular demand, eXp Realty’s popular guest pass program, eXp Training Passport, has been extended through June 30. The eXp Training Passport is a guest pass for all agents to come to see how eXp’s virtual world works and how business is conducted. Originally, the Training Passport expired at the end of May but has been extended for another limited run.

eXp Realty is known for its world-class technology and cloud-based platform to conduct real estate business online. As the world’s first virtual brokerage, agents and staff have been working remotely since 2009. Now as this unprecedented coronavirus health concern unfolds, working virtually is becoming the new normal. 

At eXp Realty, community and collaboration are two of our 9 core values.  We support our fellow Realtors and believe that it is critical for all of us to pull together during times of need.  That’s why eXp is opening its doors and giving non-eXp agents a chance to benefit from a huge selection of live training classes and view what goes on in eXp’s virtual world.

The eXp World campus is just like a real-life campus with offices, auditoriums and playing fields.

Instructions for eXp Agents Who Want to Invite a Guest

  1. Go to
  2. Sign in to invite a guest using your eXp Passport Account.
  3. Complete the eXp World Guest Passport Request Form. Regardless of the expiration date shown, Training Passports will automatically be valid through June 30.
  4. eXp guests will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to activate their account and install eXp World.

Note: For any agent who was previously invited and didn’t use the Training Passport, they will have to renew since their previous passport expired at the end of May.

Instructions for non-eXp Agents Who Want Access to eXp World

If you don’t know an eXp agent and want to get a guest pass, enter your request here. Someone from the eXp team will follow up with a pass and provide answers to any questions.

What Will a Guest See in eXp World?

Guests who get a Training Passport, can access eXp World, which is eXp’s virtual “online campus” and was created by VirBELA, eXp World Holdings’ technology company. eXp World — or, simply “the World,” as eXpers call it —  has been described as a similar video experience like “The Sims.”

Once inside the world, you can create your own personalized avatar, representing your likeness. Your avatar can move about eXp World’s large campus and interact with others. You talk to each other through your computer’s microphone, using a headset or earbuds.

Thought bubbles appear over an avatar’s head when that person is talking.

Within eXp World, there are virtual meeting rooms, an auditorium and offices such as accounting, human resources, brokerage operations, legal, tech support, brokerage operations, and more. It contains an entire office support system — just like real life — with real people waiting to serve eXp agents and has every kind of support an agent would need to conduct their real estate business. It even has fun places to meet such as a beach and soccer fields – no social distancing required!

Guests will be able to access all of eXp World except for staff and meeting rooms.

Dave Conord, President U.S. Growth, explains this unusual open access for all agents.
