Luna AI: Multiply Your Time With New AI-Powered Skills
The first of several AI-focused sessions of EXPCON 2023 was led by eXp agent, Phil Sexton, and eXp Realty Vice President of Technology Innovation and Real Estate Services, Seth Siegler. The two discussed Luna, an AI-powered chatbot exclusive to eXp. Currently it is incorporated into the company’s internal Workplace platform where it is being trained to answer a myriad of questions and assist agents on topics including:
- Tech support
- eXp policies
- Individual business data
- eXp programs
While still in the “toddler” stage of development, the tech is evolving with the help of feedback from its users and agents are encouraged to utilize the thumbs up/thumbs down response options to help further “train” the bot.
Luna’s newest capabilities include more robust real-time agent business information reports and eXp brand-compliant marketing content generation such as:
- Captions
- Listing descriptions
- Blog posts
- Hashtag suggestions
- Scripts
When asked what they’d like to see from Luna in the future, audience members offered up several game-changing suggestions that incorporated ideas around market data, referrals, and even virtual staging.

Kristina Wharton, Senior Marketing Manager of eXp Marketing & Communications and Eric Sachs, President & Co-founder of Breakthrough Broker led an informative session featuring all that the eXp Marketing Center has to offer. - Automated postcards

Eric reiterated, “Just do it and get it out there.” He cautioned agents to listen to their inner voice for the “I should” red flag. “I shall not should on myself,” he joked.
A brand new product was also launched to the delight of agents in attendance. Listing kits are now available and feature a single property, lead-generating website with QR code and supporting materials. It is created from form responses at lightning-fast speed sure to wow any client. Additional integrations are coming soon and include eXp’s LUNA functionality. Stay tuned!
