Elizabeth Monarch is a connected woman, from the more than 400 charitable auctions she’s volunteered for and conducted in Kentucky to being a Sunday school teacher, Louisville Junior League member and the incoming 2023 State President of Kentucky Realtors. So it makes sense that in her fifth year at eXp Realty, she continues to be drawn to the connection and communication within the firm.
“There are so many education and equitable opportunities at eXp,” said Elizabeth, who is a Designated Managing Broker in Kentucky, as well as a producing agent for The Monarch Group at eXp Realty where she is a five-time ICON agent.
She explains that the perception that this type of camaraderie doesn’t exist because eXp Realty is a cloud-based company is a fallacy.
“We have the opportunity to learn from successful people all throughout the United States, not just in one city if we were only at a locally-based firm,” she added. “We can tap into resources nationwide.”
Elizabeth enjoys taking part in the workplace groups and educational courses, where she is able to make and foster direct connections.
“The return is what you put into it, and through these opportunities so many of our agents are flourishing,” she said. “I have seen Realtors’ lives significantly improve because of the firm, and the community we’ve established. There are no special deals but rather the same equitable opportunities.”
