eXp Realty’s Brand Ambassador program is designed for any eXp agent or staff member who wants to share branded eXp material on their social media channels. The content – graphics, links and caption ideas – are created and curated by eXp’s social media team.
Through this program, eXp agents can easily grow their social media presence and personal brand through consistent and relevant posting, as well as help build eXp’s brand awareness. Any eXp Realty agent or staff member can do it. Click here to sign up for the Brand Ambassador program.
About the eXp eXperts Program
Taking it to the next level is the eXp eXperts program — essentially a set of five eXp Realty agent influencers who are chosen to help promote two main in-person eXp Realty events each year: EXPCON and the eXp Shareholder Summit. Any eXp Realty agent can apply!
The eXp eXperts who are chosen help promote these two eXp events through their social media channels. Graphics are created for them and options are provided that are more personalized and branded with the event theme. Any eXp Realty agent who wants to be considered an eXp eXpert must fill out an application and are chosen based on their engagement on social channels (mainly Instagram and Facebook), their number of followers and the type of content they post.

Introducing the Original ‘5 eXp eXperts’
The five “original” eXp eXperts were introduced at EXPCON 2022 in Las Vegas in which they hosted a panel session called “Perfect Your Social Brand with the eXperts.” It was attended by more than 1,000 eXp agents.
They hosted Instagram takeovers prior to EXPCON (spoke about their personal experiences, not just EXPCON) and created content on-site in Vegas. For their influencer status, they received complimentary upgrades to Premier (VIP) status and a gift box.
The five eXp Realty eXperts for EXPCON 2022 were: Christina Swyers from St. Louis, Missouri; Beth Silverman from St. Petersburg/Tampa; Ashley Houseman from Southwest Florida; Shaughnessy Dusling from Long Island and Mandeep Dhesi from Toronto.
Christina Swyers – St. Louis, Missouri
Christina Swyers is a top Realtor in St. Louis, Missouri, a global team leader, social media influencer, and a digital mayor of her town. She has become a multi-year six-figure earner utilizing unorthodox career tactics to grow and scale her business and has taught many other professionals through her course content and direction. More recently, she has pioneered and obtained the Compliance Designation as one of the very first agents in the country to become a Certified Blockchain Realtor and trainer with Consortia, one of the first in the Real Estate NFT space, which is in the process of achieving an official designation with NAR.

Beth Silverman – Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida
Beth Silverman is a highly sought-after investment specialist serving Tampa/St. Petersburg and the surrounding markets. Beth began her career as an REO/Short Sale Specialist in Maryland, and moved the business to Florida in 2018, where she quickly became immersed in the short-term rental (Airbnb) and co-living (Padsplit) spaces. With her team of strategic partners, Beth has successfully helped over 150 investors build passive income through real estate investing.
Beth is passionate about coaching Realtors who desire to excel in the residential investment niche all around the country. Ashley Houseman – Southwest Florida
Ashley Houseman is the Team Leader, Magic Maker and Broker Associate for the Ohana Homes Team in sunny Southwest Florida. Ashley has been a real estate agent since 2005 and joined eXp Realty in May 2022. She is a third-generation Realtor. Since joining eXp as her forever real estate tribe, she’s gone all-in with networking and taking advantage of all the amazing organizations, training and conferences eXp offers including the annual Shareholders Summit, Build22, the eXp Mentor program, eXp Military Network and Girls With Grit Collective.
As an Inman Ambassador for the past two years, Ashley is no stranger to the real estate social media world. She was inspired to join eXp Realty after hearing eXp World Holdings Founder, CEO and Chairman Glenn Sanford and Brad Inman chat on the Inman Connect New York stage. Fellow Inman Ambassador Christian Harris sealed the deal and helped to officially bring the Ohana Homes Team over to eXp Realty. Ashley is a Florida native and has three sons who love the beach, fishing, and sunsets. Ashley is an avid golfer and has played four years of Division I golf at Florida Atlantic University. Shaughnessy Dusling – Long Island
Shaughnessy Dusling marches to her own drummer with great success. She started her real estate career in 2013 and as a proud millennial, she is not putting on cruise control. She’s using the technology and tools provided at eXp Realty and her fun and engaging social media presence to keep her foot on the gas.
As a teen, she worked after school and on the weekends at her mom’s real estate office, manning the front desk. Her dream was life on a Broadway stage, but after a divorce and two young daughters, she needed a career to support herself and the kids. That’s when she turned back to real estate, but with her own style and attitude. She is applauded for being real, and making instant connections with people.
She goes to work most days in leggings and flip flops or UGG boots, closing deals as a well respected straight shooter in her market. Shaughnessy’s car and real estate signs are hot pink and branded and EVERYONE knows who she is and what she’s about.

Mandeep Dhesi – Toronto, Canada
Mandeep Dhesi joined eXp Realty in January 2022 after learning about eXp’s tech-heavy, futuristic platform and unique business model, which offers an attractive 80/20 commission split, equity plan and ability to scale globally. He is part of the Aspire Group eXp real estate team in Canada, where he works across Ontario and Alberta, with plans to expand his team’s presence across additional provinces and countries. Mandeep has helped grow the team to more than 30 agents in just three months.
Mandeep will earn ICON agent status in just nine months of joining eXp. His robust social media following is a testament to the energy he brings in all aspects of life. He has more than 100K followers on TikTok and more than 50K on Instagram. His goal is to help change the lives of struggling real estate agents through eXp’s training, support and mentorship.
