The second annual LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Top Producers awards just rolled out and six eXp Realty agents made the list, which identifies Alliance members who generated at least 25 transaction sides or $10 million in sales volume in 2021.
eXp Realty agent Jessica Nieto of the Brooke & Nieto Team in Southern California ranked at the top among eXp agents for team volume (No. 2) and team sides (No. 4) with $142.8 million in sales on 240 sides for 2021. This news punctuates an interesting year for Jessica, who visited the site of eXp Realty’s New Story initiative in Mexico with her business partner Brian, in which $600,000 was raised to fund the building of 100 homes in the earthquake-devastated region of Morales.
“I’m very honored to be recognized by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance with this award along with my amazing eXp colleagues,” said Nieto. “eXp Realty is providing countless opportunities for us all to achieve any production goal we set, so make sure you raise your hand when the opportunities present themselves!”
Other eXp Realty Top Producers Include:
- Ben Laube of Ben Laube Homes in Orlando, Florida, for team volume (No. 20) and team sides (No. 15) with $40.2 million and 116 sides.
- Paul Chan of Modern Family Realtor in San Diego, California, for team volume (No. 26) and team sides (No. 35) with $35 million in sales on 55 units.

RealTrends Partnered With the Alliance to Celebrate LGBTQ+ Real Estate Production
This award is the real estate industry’s only recognition of top-producing LGBTQ+ agents and their allies and was created in partnership with RealTrends, utilizing its RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals criteria.
Breaking out the production numbers, according to LGBTQ+ Alliance members and their allies, it was revealed that honorees combined for 10,940 sides in 2021, equating to $4.85 billion in volume.
“The collective numbers posted by the members of the Alliance are extremely impressive and validate that our member agents are some of the hardest working people in the business,” said Dave Gervase, 2022 National President and Chairman of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. “Energy like this is contagious and we look forward to our agents continuing to rise to the challenges of the marketplace, despite market conditions. We look forward to providing exceptional content at our conference this September to enable all agents to achieve their desired results.”
eXp Realty Is a Champion Level Sponsor of the Alliance
The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance launched in October 2020 and has grown to more than 2,600 members and dozens of chapters across North America. It was recently named the Innovator of the Year in the MLS, Association, or Industry Organization category by Inman News. eXp Realty is a Champion Level Sponsor of LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
“We are honored to work with the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance to improve the real estate industry and address instances of discrimination,” said Michael Valdes, President of eXp Global. “The Alliance complements our existing efforts at eXp Realty to support diversity, equity and inclusion, which have contributed to eXp Realty’s agent retention rate, engagement and positive NPS scores (Net Promoter Scores).”
