When eXp Realty agents Dan Lesniak and his wife, Keri Shull chose to sell their home in Deerfield Beach, Florida, they kept it in the eXp family, co-listing their gorgeous canal-front property with fellow eXp agent Kacie Anderson.
It made sense.
Dan and Keri are running their flourishing real estate and HyperFast coaching business in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia) – plus managing their four kids under the age of 7 to boot – while Kacie is in Lighthouse Point, Florida, just a five-mile drive south of the property at 61 Little Harbor Way, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
With Kacie’s boots on the ground, she went to work, quickly attracting a buyer within 27 days of being listed and doing it in genuine Florida style – by boat!
“We put a huge sign on the upper deck and a boater saw it. We gave them a tour within less than 24 hours and negotiated over two days and came to good terms. They wrote an all-cash offer with no contingencies,” said Kacie.
The home sold for $5.7 million, with the previous highest sale in Deerfield Beach being $5.6 million, according to MLS records. The list price was $6.2 million. The home had another offer, which was a referral from another eXp agent.
“Being a part of a network of nearly 90,000 agents and having a luxury division at eXp gave us the tools and flexibility we needed to promote the home to the highest number of potential buyers while collaborating with several eXp agents,” said Dan.
The home itself is a story.
Dan and Keri bought the empty lot in Deerfield Beach in 2020 and Keri oversaw construction of the fabulous three-story, 8-bed, 9-bath, 7,450-square-foot modern gem, which features:

Kacie Finding Quick Success at eXp Realty
Meanwhile, Kacie has only been with eXp Realty for four months and has hit the ground running, giving lots of credit to Dan and Keri for her quick success.
“I adore them. They helped me lay down a strong foundation for my business. Plus, I have kids (a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old) and they have kids. I could relate to them. Everything they put out is raw and relatable, so I wanted to be aligned with them,” said Kacie, who was previously with RE/MAX where she felt powerless and unhappy with the poor splits.
She joined eXp because she wanted to create a team of her own.
“I was going to go with Sotheby’s or Compass. But eXp offered the best solution. I played D1 lacrosse and just felt a need for my own team – my own group and branding. Plus, Dan and Keri have been incredibly supportive. They came to one of our first opening events and provided value to our agents.”
In just the past four months, Kacie launched her Coastal Realm brand, has closed on seven deals for $7.8 million in volume and has two more listings under contract. In addition, she gave four deals to her team members. Plus, she has already sponsored 13 agents into her revenue share group.
