Third is Chih Hua Kuo, an eXp Realty agent based in Los Angeles. She closed with $97,703,574.00 in sales volume in 2024.

The Top 50 eXp Realty Teams by Volume is led by Whissel Realty Group, followed by #TEAMFAST and The Short Term Shop. All are mega teams at eXp Realty.

The individual agent with the most sides in 2024 was Lori Adamson with 271. Lori is based in Rio Rico, Arizona.
