eXp Realty is on an incredible growth path and continues to attract awards as T3 Sixty released its 2022 Real Estate Almanac report, naming eXp as the No. 1 growth leader among the largest U.S. residential real estate enterprises. Among the top five enterprises, eXp was No. 1 with the largest percent change in sales volume at 116%, transaction sides at 85.9% and agent count at 72.2%.

Just last week eXp was named No. 1 Independent in the U.S., No. 1 Mover in transactions and No. 1 Mover in sales volume percentage over a five-year period by the 2022 RealTrends 500 Report

T3 Sixty defines enterprises as “The largest firms in the residential real estate industry. They represent the largest players in the residential real estate brokerage business and include both the brokerage and franchise wings of real estate companies.”

The Real Estate Almanac also found that the 20 largest U.S. enterprises accounted for 61.2% of total sales in 2021 compared to 54.8% in 2020. This represents the largest year-over-year increase since 2018. 

“The residential real estate industry has been consolidating at an accelerated clip over the past several years and this data shows just how significant it is,” said Dr. Paul Bishop, T3 Sixty’s economist and vice president of research.
