Third time’s a charm, right? Oh, yes it is! That’s because for three straight years, the message is loud and clear: “We love working at eXp!”
While eXp Realty has landed on Glassdoor’s popular and much-talked-about Best Places to Work list for three consecutive years, this is the first year eXp was ranked in the large company category.
The first time eXp made the list was 2018 when it was ranked No. 12 among all small and medium businesses and in 2019, it was ranked No. 49. For 2020, eXp gets the 80th position among the large business group, which includes any employer with more than 1,000 employees.

The methodology Glassdoor uses for its Best Places to Work list is determined by using company reviews which have been written by U.S.-based employees between Oct. 23, 2018 and Oct. 21, 2019. Then, a company must have received at least 75 ratings across each of the eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. These include:
- Overall company rating
- Career opportunities
- Compensation and benefits
- Culture and values
- Senior management
- Work-life balance
- Recommend to a friend
- Six-month business outlook
The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account the quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.
Currently on Glassdoor, eXp Realty has an overall rating of 4.4 out of five stars.
