Once is sweet. Twice is special and three times is a charm. So what do we call four times? Confirmation that eXp Realty is a great place to work!
Today, Glassdoor rolled out its popular Employees’ Choice Award for Best Places to Work in 2021 and eXp made the list for the fourth year in a row. This is the second year that eXp was ranked in the large company category, which includes any employer with more than 1,000 employees.
Currently on Glassdoor, eXp Realty has an overall rating of 4.7 out of five stars. According to reviews on Glassdoor, 94% of employees would recommend eXp Realty to a friend and employees rank the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion 4.8 out of five stars.
“To be named once as a Glassdoor Best Places to Work is an honor, but to be included on the list four consecutive years tells us we’re doing something right,” said eXp Realty CEO Jason Gesing. “We’ve made a commitment to build a brand with a positive company culture that helps our employees and agents succeed at the highest level possible. eXp Realty has experienced tremendous growth over the last year, and throughout we have kept our focus on the power that fuels our success: our people.”
> In October 2020, Glassdoor named eXp Realty a top company with a healthy work-life balance during COVID-19.
“COVID-19 is in the driver’s seat and every employer has been impacted. This year’s winning employers have proven, according to employees, that even during extraordinary times, they’ll rise to the challenge to support their people,” said Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor chief executive officer. “A mission-driven culture, transparent leadership and career opportunities are always hallmarks of Best Places to Work winners. This year, we also see exceptional employers who have prioritized the health, safety and well-being of their employees. My congratulations go to all of this year’s outstanding Employees’ Choice Award winners.”
How Glassdoor Compiles Its Best Places to Work List
Glassdoor’s methodology for its Best Places to Work list is determined by using company reviews which have been written by U.S.-based employees between Oct. 22, 2019 and Oct. 19, 2020. Then, a company must have received at least 75 ratings across each of the eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. These include:
- Overall company rating
- Career opportunities
- Compensation and benefits
- Culture and values
- Senior management
- Work-life balance
- Recommend to a friend
- Six-month business outlook
The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account the quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.
