“I joined eXp in September 2021 after a call from Tarek El Moussa,” said Arie. “I had heard about eXp in the past but when I realized how powerful the model was it made me rethink what my current broker (RE/MAX) was offering. I was VERY loyal to my former brokerage but when you really look at what eXp can provide — especially with the revenue-sharing aspect — I had to leave and jump on the opportunity to grow with eXp.”

Arie was inspired to get into the real estate business after watching his father successfully invest. Arie got his license in 2004, while still racing cars, but during the housing market crash of 2007-2008, he went into television for a bit until seriously returning to real estate in 2015.

“One thing that surprised me is everyone is on the same deal. You look at other brokerages and you never know what one agent is offered compared to the rest. I like the transparency.”

What kind of collaboration have you experienced at eXp?

“So far the agents around me have supported me in a way that I’ve never experienced in my real estate career. They want me to be successful because at the end of the day we are all making money together. I feel more at home at eXp in the first month than my 6 years RE/MAX.”

Best tip to share with other agents:

“ALWAYS ANSWER YOUR PHONE. Can’t believe how many deals I have gotten off of sign calls or internet leads just by being available and answering my phone. It’s simple!”
