As a successful commercial agent in Southern California who has closed on more than 650 transactions since 2001, Roland Loelkes knew a change would do him good.
In 2018, what he learned about eXp Realty was so compelling, that he made the move from Keller Williams Commercial before eXp Commercial was even launched – that’s how confident he was that eXp Realty was going to deliver a better platform and tools.
“There were no eXp Realty agents in my area at that time, and the company was still unknown. It took me 10 months to decide to switch to eXp, which in hindsight, I wish I had decided within a month of finding out about eXp,’’ Roland said.
The World of Commercial Real Estate Opened Up Big Time at eXp
When eXp Commercial launched in 2020, Roland was on board to boost the division’s liftoff. He has already achieved ICON Agent status and is now on track to receive his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), thanks to his expertise in handling multiple specialties for years.
“That includes triple-net lease investments, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, raw and infill land for commercial, residential industrial and hospitality developments,’’ Roland said.
> See why eXp Commercial is turning heads
Based in beautiful Dana Point, California and fluent in German and Spanish, Roland is a solo agent who racked up over $45 million in sales for 2023 on 15 units. But it’s eXp’s networking, deal-making and revenue sharing that cements Roland’s belief that eXp Commercial – even just three years old – is already the best platform in the world.
