At eXpcon Miami 2025, the Women’s Impact Network celebrated a year of growth, global reach and women leading together toward what’s next.

Hundreds filled the room while Jill Leberknight and Lauren Hilliard-Ray took the stage to open the Women’s Impact Network (WIN) Summit – HERizon: The Future Rises with Her.
Their State of the Organization message blended gratitude, reflection and momentum. Leberknight grounded the audience, reminding them that leadership begins long before titles.

“Once upon a time, women in our industry were longing for more. More spaces to be nurtured, more opportunities to lead,” Leberknight said.
“WIN was built by women who didn’t wait for permission. They created a space where showing up for each other is the standard, not the exception.”
Hilliard-Ray looked forward, describing HERizon as both symbol and mindset — “the line between where we are and where we’re going.” Together, they called on every woman in the room to help lift that horizon higher.
