One is great, but two is a pretty strong indication that eXp World Holdings is in good leadership hands.
Stacey Onnen, U.S. President of Brokerage Operations, and Fee Gentry, an eXp agent and a member of eXp’s Board of Directors, were both named to HousingWire’s 11th annual Women of Influence list — an award honoring 100 women who are shaping and propelling the mortgage, real estate and fintech industries.
According to HousingWire, it selects women based on “their professional achievements within their organizations, but contributions to the overall industry, community outreach, client impact and personal success.”
“Another way to describe our Women of Influence honorees this year would be the women who are making an impact, which is something we saw woven into each of these amazing award winners,” said Brena Nath, HousingWire managing editor. “Congratulations to these women who are cultivating a new path forward for the housing industry and reimagining a better, more collaborative future.”
Onnen Became eXp President of Brokerage Operations in 2019
Onnen oversees brokerage operations for eXp Realty and her staff of more than 600 have helped support and process more than 200,000 transactions in 2020. She was instrumental in developing scalable systems for eXp agents so they have transaction support 12 hours each day Monday through Saturday. She has also overseen the launch of eXp’s REO and RELO programs as well as eXp Commercial, which has expanded into 50 states throughout the U.S. She joined eXp in 2018 as a senior vice president of brokerage operations and then was promoted to president in 2019.
