You can’t do that at the franchise companies!! I’ve been doing this for a long time. Theoretically, I don’t need a broker. I have been my own broker. I stay with eXp because I can reach out to all [agent_count_global-18] agents just like that,’’ Robert said.
With a long history as a commercial broker and entrepreneur, Robert came to eXp Commercial through his association with eXp Realty agent Gene Frederick. Robert ran his commercial division, and learned about eXp’s commercial model as it was being developed.
“Gene showed us the model pre-commercial division. We came as soon as the commercial conversation started and haven’t looked back. We wish we had come sooner!’’ Robert said.

“Show up, stay disciplined, follow up and watch your business hockey stick! Trust the process,’’ Robert said.

“You would think a virtual-based company would be hard-pressed to help agents. We found the opposite. When we needed something we had options and speed to help resolve far exceeding what we had experienced at prior organizations.”
