eXp Gives Agents a New Way to Find Showing and Open House Coverage

Announced at eXpcon, ShowGo lets agents post coverage requests, pick up showings, and volunteer to host open houses across the eXp network.

A client wants to see a home at 2 p.m. You already have an appointment across town. Until now, finding another agent to cover the showing might have meant sending texts and hoping someone nearby was free.

At eXpcon, eXp Realty announced ShowGo, a new platform that gives agents one place to find coverage and pick up opportunities. Nearly 1,000 agents have already joined.

“Agents have always found ways to help each other. That’s the culture we’ve built,” says Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty. “But ‘find a way’ usually meant a text thread, a favor, hoping someone had time and remembered to pay you back. We heard that from agents constantly, and it’s exactly the kind of problem eXp is built to solve.”

It’s As Easy As Posting On Social Media

Start by entering the property address, date, time, and fee you’re offering. Eligible eXp agents in the area can request the showing, and you choose who covers it.

Already asked another eXp agent to cover for you? You can still use ShowGo without posting the job. The Direct Agreement option lets you send the showing details and proposed fee to that agent, so you can both accept the arrangement in ShowGo.

“We’re a technology enabled company, so we built the system that should have existed already: one place to post, claim, agree and get paid. No guesswork, no chasing anyone down,” explains Leo.

Have time to cover a showing for someone else? Browse the Job Board for opportunities in your service area and request one that fits your schedule. The exact street address, client details, notes, and access instructions stay hidden until both agents have accepted.

Open houses are on the board too. Agents can browse open house opportunities on the Job Board or through eXp Open House Listings, then send the listing agent a Request to Host. If the listing agent approves, the requesting agent confirms the opportunity.

However, open houses on ShowGo are volunteer opportunities, with no fee or payment step.

How to get started

Agents sign in with their @exprealty.com email here. Then, they add their eXp Agent ID and active state license information to their profile. The Agent ID is available in the profile section of the My eXp app or web portal.

Agents can access ShowGo through The Hub’s app section, on desktop, or in a mobile browser. They can also opt into email and in-app alerts for showings, open houses, or both.

The next time a showing collides with your calendar, there’s a place to ask for coverage. And when your calendar opens up, there’s a place to find an opportunity.
