The NAR Settlement, designed to increase transparency and fairness in real estate transactions, mandates that all Realtor® Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) implement new policy changes by August 17, 2024. This deadline is critical as it marks the beginning of a new era in the real estate industry, fundamentally altering the way buyer brokers operate.
