During yesterday’s first general session, awards were presented to outstanding individual agents and teams across the U.S., Canada, and internationally. (See the list of winners here.) In the second general session, special recognition was given to U.S. agents who have exemplified leadership and compassion in their roles, serving as inspiring examples for their peers and in their communities.
