Brandon Brittingham eXp Realty

Maryland’s Brandon Brittingham has only known one brokerage since 2007, so moving his 30-person team to eXp Realty is significant. One of the reasons for the move is rooted in his relationship with Leo Pareja, the CEO of eXp Realty. 

“We’ve been in the same circles for a really long time,” said Brandon. “We’re both from the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia) and I’ve got a ton of people who are friends at eXp. Between him and Glenn (Sanford, Founder, CEO and Chairman of eXp World Holdings), they were the big deciding factors of what got me excited to come over,” he explained.

A Can-Do Attitude at eXp Realty

In addition to Brandon’s deep connection to Leo, another key factor is eXp Realty’s innovative approach and the company’s can-do attitude. 

“One of the biggest things that I’ve seen at eXp is everybody is ‘yes, before no’ within reason. They say, ‘We don’t know if we can do that, but let’s see if we can figure it out.’ I’m a big believer in ‘it’s not what you say to people; it’s what they experience.’ The experience side of what I’ve dealt with so far has been like, ‘Hey, I got this idea, or what do you think about this?’ and everybody’s like, ‘Yes, how can we support you? How can we figure that out?'”

Building an Ecosystem of Success

Brandon stepped back from selling real estate in 2022 to focus on other aspects of his business — what he calls his ecosystem — which includes property investment services, a property management company, fund management, real estate development, construction, and title services, as well as being a national speaker. 

In 2022 alone, Brandon sold over 300 homes single-handedly, with his team selling more than 777 homes for $228 million in sales volume, making his team No. 1 in Maryland and No. 2 among large teams nationally as ranked by RealTrends. Brandon’s team achieved the No. 3 spot for mega teams in 2023, their first year in that category. His team was also his brokerage’s top-producing team in units for their region for 10 consecutive years.

Future Plans With eXp Realty

More than 30 agents, including staff, will join Brandon in his move to eXp Realty. He plans to roll out his successful real estate investment model company-wide at eXp – a program that he says is wildly popular and his time is booked well in advance. He also offers one-on-one coaching for the same model. 

“I just can’t keep up with the amount of people that want it,” said Brandon, who is also the author of the best-selling book, “Converting Units to Dollars: Elite Opts Property Management.

Brandon’s knack for solving problems and his innovative approach have made him a standout in the industry. “My addiction is solving problems,” he says.
