Kirtus Dixon has quickly risen in eXp Realty’s ranks for good reason: He’s a bold, creative leader, which is why he was named a HousingWire 2021 Rising Star.

Dixon is Senior Vice President of Agent Development and Engagement at eXp Realty and today landed on HousingWire’s Rising Stars list of 50 national leaders under the age of 40 who are shaping and driving the mortgage, real estate and fintech industries forward.

Dixon’s infectious energy and creative drive were quickly realized when he arrived at eXp as an agent in 2017. He joined eXp staff as Director of Agent Development and quickly proved his leadership acumen, being elevated to senior vice president in 2020.

Since then, Dixon has catalyzed the professional growth of eXp’s more than 55,000 agents. As the leader of eXp’s education program, Kirtus has developed cutting-edge curricula, empowered agents to teach others and helped agents around the globe reach their top potential.

“Kirtus is constantly seeking creative solutions and innovating processes to help educate and train our 55,000+ agents. And you can’t help but get caught up in the energy and ideas Kirtus brings whenever he takes the stage. He elevates others around him to be their best every day and exemplifies eXp’s core values of innovation, collaboration and integrity.”

– eXp Realty CEO Jason Gesing

Coupling digital and live training, Kirtus helped agents grow their businesses, even during a pandemic and considerable economic uncertainty.

Dixon Active in Volunteering, Community, and Foster Care

Additionally, Dixon is committed to helping develop members of his community. He and his wife are actively involved in the San Antonio foster care system, contributing monetarily and through volunteering. They are certified foster parents and have two children through adoption. Dixon also serves as a volunteer basketball coach in his San Antonio community, helping children learn the game and mentoring them along the way. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Dixon grew up in a predominantly Hispanic community in South Texas and is thrilled to have found a “home” at eXp.

“Once you’re here (at eXp), you’re home,” said Dixon. “This is the only company I’ve seen that is home to a wide variety of communities.”
