Kelly Clarkson Show

Southlake, Texas, nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth, is home to top-producing eXp Realty agents Tierny and Walsh Jordan, whose four daughters, Milania, Natalia, Gianna and Nadia, have taken the high school basketball world by storm. Their incredible talent and teamwork have not only led their Southlake team deep into the postseason but also landed them a delightful appearance on the Kelly Clarkson Show on May 16.

“Someone from Kelly’s team called our office line. I thought it was a prank,” said Tierny. “But, they flew us out to New York City and we stayed for two days. They loved the girls and everyone on Kelly’s team treated us like royalty. It was the best experience ever.”

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon even dropped into the set during a commercial break and shook hands with Tierny and Walsh as well as each of the girls. Tierny said that she was told it was the first time in three years that he had ever paid a visit to Kelly’s set.

Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon made a surprise visit to the set.

The rise of these four remarkable sisters couldn’t have come at a better time, as the popularity of women’s basketball has soared, largely thanks to the dazzling skills of former University of Iowa star Caitlin Clark, who now plays for the WNBA’s Indiana Fever.

The Jordans Are the Quintessential Basketball Family

The Jordan sisters’ devotion to basketball can be traced back to their parents’ rich athletic heritage. Walsh played basketball at Ole Miss and went on to enjoy a nine-year professional career. Tierny also boasts an athletic background, having played high school basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey.

Walsh and Tierny have a front-row seat to proudly watch their girls on the Kelly Clarkson Show.

“Ever since I could remember, my dad put a basketball in all of our hands before we could even walk. (The gym) is like basically a second home to us. My older sister played at SMU and my mom played in high school. So they kind of set the tone for us and it basically runs in the family,” said Milania, a junior.

This competitive drive results in three-a-day practices and lots of laundry. So much laundry that at the end of the Kelly Clarkson show, Arm & Hammer gave the family a lifetime supply of laundry detergent and presented them with a $10,000 check for “whatever is needed.”

“We definitely do a lot of laundry in our household,” said Tierny. “What Arm & Hammer did was thoughtful and extremely generous.”

Next Steps: Studying the Division I Basketball Landscape

This is the first season that all four Jordan sisters have played high school basketball together, and they have one more year to pursue their goal of winning a state championship. The interest in the Jordan girls is so intense that all four already have Division I offers.

“I have a chart in front of me,” said Tierny. “There are 360 D1 basketball schools. Their finals are done, the Sweet 16 prom is over and this weekend, we will all take two pages to study the schools. But it’s not just about basketball. It’s about the culture of school, the coach, and the location.”

The girls hope to continue to the WNBA after playing Division I.

“It’s always been a dream for us. Our dad had always instilled in us to always be the best,” said Milania.

Tierny and Walsh Split Duties Between Basketball and Real Estate

While the high school basketball season is over, next is the summer AAU circuit where the girls will play competitively under the watchful eyes of college coaches looking for the next Caitlin Clark.

To help the Jordan girls prepare, Walsh trains the girls and Tierny focuses on the Tierny Jordan Network real estate business where she has been licensed since 2006 and with eXp since 2018.

“We put our personal lives first,” said Tierny. “We ask ourselves, “What does our family need right now?’ We counterbalance each other.”

The Kelly Clarkson Show was “the best experience ever,” said Tierny.

Tierny said her main focus is helping agents take more listings, noting that she has personally landed 20 listings in 30 days. She said agents see her success and reach out to her for support in generating their own leads.

“I could not see myself doing anything else,” said Tierny. “I love this business. When you have a family and other responsibilities real estate gives you the flexibility needed, if you are disciplined.

“eXp has given me the opportunity to not only help countless families buy and sell, but also help other agents build real businesses, generational wealth and passive income.  I love my family and I love my partnership with eXp.  eXp is the best real estate company ever created for agents, it has allowed me to live off passive income and do what I love.”
