In this capacity, Jamie oversaw 60 offices, 4,871 independent sales associates, and 135 employees, managing a territory that included Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties.
Under Jamie’s leadership, Coldwell Banker Southern California became a powerhouse in the real estate market, achieving $22 billion in sales volume and closing 15,700 units in 2022 alone, with an average sales price of $1.4 million. Her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving Coldwell Banker’s success, making it a $490 million revenue company in 2022.
