The 2023 Swanepoel Power 200 List, which ranks the top 200 most powerful and influential executives in the real estate industry from the previous year, was recently released and eXp World Holdings Founder, CEO and Chairman and eXp Realty CEO Glenn Sanford was ranked No. 3. Jason Gesing, who was recently promoted to Chief Industry Relations Officer at eXp Realty, was ranked 125th.
This is the 10th year the list has been announced and includes eight criteria (read the methodology here.)
Sanford is the Founder, CEO and Chairman of eXp World Holdings (Nasdaq: EXPI), the holding company for eXp Realty®, Virbela and SUCCESS® Enterprises. He also recently assumed the role of CEO, eXp Realty, a position he has held in the past and recently took over with the elevation of Gesing to Chief Industry Relations Officer of eXp Realty.
The changes were done to help “intensify focus on building the next generation at eXp Realty, amid challenges in the real estate market.”
