eXp Realty continues its rapid pace of international expansion and has planted a brokerage flag in Spain. With the addition of eXp Spain, eXp will have brokerage operations in 14 locations outside of the contiguous United States. (Read the press release here.)
In addition to the news of Spain joining eXp’s fast-growing brokerage, the company also announced plans to launch operations in Germany, Panama and Japan by the third quarter of 2021.

Germany has one of the largest and most stable real estate markets in Europe, and is a key component to our growth on the continent, joining the UK, France, Portugal, Italy and today’s opening of Spain.

We are very confident in the growth potential of each of these countries,” concluded Valdes.
In addition to its headquarters in the U.S., eXp Realty has brokerage operations in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, India, Mexico, Portugal, France, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Italy, Hong Kong and Colombia.
Renata Sujto will lead operations for eXp Spain, where she has a strong presence in the Spanish real estate community. She has deep ties in the global real estate market with experience launching real estate and tech products internationally.

Spain is the second country in eXp Global’s plans to expand in the second quarter of 2021. The first was Colombia.
