Mabery, Forsythe on the list of top women leaders and COO Patrick O’Neill named to SP 200 Watchlist
The highly respected 2025 Swanepoel Power List 200 was just released and once again, four key eXp Realty executive team members landed on the list, led by eXp World Holdings Founder, Chairman and CEO Glenn Sanford, who placed No. 2 overall, moving up two spots from No. 4 in 2024.

No. 2: Glenn Sanford, eXp World Holdings Founder, CEO and Chairman
Glenn Sanford, the Founder, CEO and Chairman of eXp World Holdings, jumped to No. 2 on the list, up from No. 4 in 2024. Sanford continues to guide the U.S.’s largest brokerage by transaction sides, leveraging the revenue-sharing system he developed, which has become a model for the industry. Under his leadership, eXp Realty achieved the highest net profit margin of any public brokerage company in 2024 through the first three quarters, including a remarkable $12.4 million net profit in the second quarter. Sanford’s strategic vision and innovative approach continue to set eXp Realty apart.
No. 16: Leo Pareja, eXp Realty CEO
Rising dramatically from No. 59 in 2024, Leo Pareja secured the No. 16 position for 2025. Leo, who became eXp Realty’s CEO in April 2024, has been instrumental in refining the firm’s agent value proposition and positioning it as one of the fastest-growing cloud-based brokerages in the country. With over two decades of real estate experience, Pareja has also contributed to industry-wide education following the NAR settlement. A key figure in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and a co-founder of notable ventures like Remine, Pareja’s leadership continues to shape the future of eXp Realty.
No. 147: Holly Mabery, eXp Realty Senior Vice President of Broker Operations
Holly Mabery makes her debut on the Swanepoel Power 200 list at No. 147, a testament to her vital role as Senior Vice President of Broker Operations at eXp Realty. Since joining eXp in 2018 as an associate broker in Arizona, Mabery has risen through the ranks, most recently stepping into her current role in July 2024. She oversees broker operations at the nation’s third-largest brokerage by sales volume, which achieved more than $143 billion in annual sales. Her expertise in building systems and supporting the firm’s 85,000+ agents has been pivotal to eXp Realty’s success.
No. 200: Wendy Forsythe, eXp Realty CMO
Wendy Forsythe, eXp Realty’s Chief Marketing Officer, joins the Swanepoel Power 200 list for the first time, landing at No. 200. An industry veteran with executive experience at major firms like Compass, Fathom Holdings, and HomeSmart, Forsythe brings decades of expertise to eXp Realty, which she joined in 2024. Her real estate journey began in Nova Scotia, where she became the youngest licensed broker in the province’s history in 1994. Forsythe now drives the marketing strategies for eXp Realty, the third-largest brokerage in the U.S., with over $143 billion in annual sales in 2023.

Additionally, each executive above was also named to the Swanepoel Brokerage/Franchise executives list, a subset of the Swanepoel Power 200 ranking. This list identifies leaders whose primary focus is leading brokerage operations. Glenn was No. 2, Leo No. 13, Holly No. 99 and Wendy, No. 125.
Holly and Wendy were also named to the Swanepoel Top Women Executives list, which salutes women leaders who hold the most power in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Holly was No. 41 and Wendy was No. 57.
Lastly, Patrick O’Neill, COO of eXp Realty, earned a spot on the SP 200 Watchlist, recognizing dynamic residential real estate leaders expected to join the SP 200 rankings in the near future.

According to the Swanepoel site, the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200), published by T3 Sixty, ranks the most influential leaders in the North American residential real estate brokerage industry. The annual rankings are the result of extensive research, analysis, and thoughtful deliberation to determine the full list of 200 leaders.
T3 Sixty evaluates leaders based on four equally weighted criteria: their authority within their company, their reputation and influence among industry peers, their relative power within their specific industry segment (e.g., brokerage, MLS, etc.), and their expected impact in the near future.
