Cindy Nixon, eXp’s Senior Global Director for Revenos’ Relocation and Affinity program, has been named a Rising Star of Women in Real Estate for 2024 by the site “Women We Admire.”
In addition to this personal achievement, eXp Realty’s Revenos Relocation program, led by Dawn Conciatori, Vice President of Affiliated Services, has also received several awards:
- September 2024: The Revenos Relocation program was awarded the Gold Award for 2024 by Sterling Lexicon, a renowned employee relocation company. This award recognizes Revenos’ excellence and commitment to providing top-notch relocation services.
- January 2024: The Revenos Relocation program was awarded the Silver Award for 2023 by Sterling Lexicon.
- March 2024: Revenos received the Bronze Service Award from SIRVA, a global moving and relocation services provider. This award acknowledges the program’s outstanding service and dedication to meeting the needs of its clients.
- September 2024: For the first time in four years, Revenos will be receiving a Circle of Excellence award from the global relocation company Aires. This prestigious award is a testament to the program’s ability to overcome challenges, outperform competition, and exceed expectations.

Cindy joined eXp Realty in 2021 as a broker operations relocation manager. In early 2022, she was promoted to Director of Relocation, serving for a year and a half before becoming Senior Global Director in June 2023.
Before eXp Realty, Nixon was a relocation manager at Houston’s John Daugherty, Realtors, and a senior manager of business development at Heritage Texas Properties. She also worked as a director of relocation at HER Realtors and is a graduate of Hondros College.
Revenos is eXp Realty’s powerful referral engine, which generates referrals to eXp agents across various categories, including REO, relocation, institutional buyers, moving services, military and more. It is on track to experience $2 billion in sales volume in 2024 – twice what it achieved in 2023.
