Leo brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of real estate expertise to his role at eXp Realty. His journey in the industry began with a successful 15-year tenure as an agent at a leading brokerage, where he earned the title of No. 1 producer in 2010. Afterward, he co-founded one of the largest private lending firms on the East Coast and later launched a company specializing in MLS technology solutions, which he successfully sold before joining eXp.
Additionally, Pareja has been a pivotal figure in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), serving as the founding president of the Metro D.C. chapter and later advancing to the role of national president.
