Coleman Recognized for Shaping and Propelling Housing Economy Forward
Loran Coleman, eXp Realty’s Vice President of Brokerage Operations for Eastern United States, was one of 100 women honored in the 14th annual HousingWire 2023 Women of Influence award. This year’s honorees were recognized for making a significant difference in the communities they serve and their lasting impact on the greater housing ecosystem.
Loran brings more than 20 years’ real estate industry experience to her role. She joined eXp Realty in 2021 in the midst of the pandemic as Regional Operations Manager-Central, responsible for the operations management of 12 U.S. states. She was quickly promoted to Vice President of Brokerage Operations for the East region in March 2022, responsible for the successful operations and support of more than 200 staff members and 45,000 agents.
Her experience ranges from professional residential/commercial inspector, investor and property manager, to a licensed broker in six states and supervising broker and Regional Vice President for the second largest real estate firm in the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) area, covering 36 counties with 12,500 Realtor members.
She served two terms as a Board Director for KCRAR and currently serves as a Commissioner for the Missouri Real Estate Commission (over 50,000 licensees).
